These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Load Transport platform, including the Load Transport User App, Load Transporter App, and Load Vehicle Owner App (collectively, "Apps"). By using our Apps, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

• • User: An individual or entity posting loads for transport.
• • Transporter: An individual or entity bidding on loads and coordinating transport services.
• • Vehicle Owner: An individual or entity providing vehicles and drivers for transport.
• • Driver: An individual assigned to transport loads.

2. User Obligations

• 2.1. Accurate Information:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Apps.

• 2.2. Compliance:

• Users, Transporters, and Vehicle Owners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• 2.3. Prohibited Activities:

• • Misrepresentation of services or credentials.
• • Unauthorized access or interference with the Apps.
• • Posting illegal or prohibited loads.

3. Transactions and Payments

• 3.1. Load Posting and Bidding:

• • Users can post loads via the User App.
• • Transporters can bid on posted loads and repost loads with margin value.
• • Vehicle Owners can bid on reposted loads.

• 3.2. Payment:

• • All payments between parties must adhere to agreed-upon terms.
• • The platform may facilitate payment processing but is not liable for disputes.

• 3.3. Cancellation:

• • Cancellations must be communicated promptly. Relevant penalties may apply.

4. Platform Roles and Responsibilities

• 4.1. Load Transport:

• • The platform acts as a facilitator for transactions and does not guarantee service quality or performance.

• 4.2. Liability:

• • Load Transport is not liable for delays, damages, or disputes arising between Users, Transporters, and Vehicle Owners.

5. Dispute Resolution

Parties must attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to Load Transport support or resolved through applicable legal channels.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Apps for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
